I uploaded an update, it should now be fixed.
1) Adding more columns makes it even harder to fit all text at all times, so you will definately end up with even more cut of state names and most certainly also cut off data when values get too large.
2) As far as I can tell, employement percentage is not really helpful. If there are Peasents/Unemployed pops available, employement is basically at 100% and if there are no pops available, employement percentage for one specific building is not very meaningful as it might be at 100%, but the pops might be missing in a different building in the same state.
3) A construction queue counter is not really helpful for two reasons: 1. The construction queue is global and not local. 2. The number of buildings in the queue does not directly correlate with future infrastructure needs, as buildings have different infrastructure requirements.
Can you improve the mod even further?
