Some people speculate that it is related to the labor force ratio. You can try the game without modifying any population. Sorry, I have already lost more than $15000 in the past two weeks and I am not in the mood to think about this issue.

报告bug：在“利益集团政治力量”的选项中，不论选择增加还是减少，不论选取数值是多少，实际效果均为政治力量+1%。我在该选项中为乡村民众添加“-100"，随后在政治页面查看效果，发现该buff的标题是“-100%政治力量”，内容是“+1%政治力量”,实际执行的效果是后者。
