- Made it so you cannot transfer cash if you're in default. You still can transfer cash if your in debt. It is unfortunately not physically possible in Victoria 3 to check if your credit limit is within the amount you want to send, so the "in_default" check is the most suitable.

@fangmuan I'm not sure how to make a cost for transferring cash, can you please clarify a bit or suggest what kind of cost we should add? As for land sale, in MP, you can use this mod + my state transfer tool mod, and make deals with players! If you'd like to deal in land sale with AI countries, then i'll be adding this feature in a future update to my State Transfer tool! As for giving positive relations from transferring cash, of course, i'll add that in a future update to this mod!

Are cash transfers and state transfers costless? This is a good mod, but I think it may be a little unbalanced for me who likes to switch countries. Yes of course, in EU4 you can take states from one of your vasal countries. I think identical mod in vic3 could be interesting. it's the same mod as State transfer tool but reversed, instead of giving, you take and if your vasal doesn't agree, a diplomatic game is launched.
