Are they worth building?
They are very expensive, require a workforce and only add a bit innovation and a very small throughput-bonus.

thank you for this mod its great.its really made a difference in how i plan to build up states and made me build a lot taller in most circumstances don't suppose we could make courses focused on one thing I.e. industrial courses vs agrarian or logistical courses vs management

the effects are only for the states you build the PDC colleges in HarryBaboon

Does the AI use these buildings too? Are the effects nationwide or only for the state the building is in?
