One error I noticed was that some of the new regions aren't assigned to a releasable, such as Rijeka not being assigned to Croatia. Additionally, would it be possible to reduce the states in Eastern Germany? I understand some of the revisions such as Upper and Lower Silesia being split, but the splitting of Kattowitz off of Upper Silesia, Memelland off of East Prussia, and the one between Pomerania and West Prussia feels more like WW2-influence than something realistic in this time, and also somewhat skews the industrial power of early-game Prussia who now has more building slots.
Perhaps Flanders and Wallonia could be split into two states each, both of the Flanders ones having port access? Just a suggestion. You have already done some great work already! Cheers.
