the Bank should work like an urban sector where it scales to the size of your cash reserves or something, otherwise Zulu can just max build banks and gold mines and lead the global finance industry without any other industry

Stocks already non-tradable, small amount of minting is separate function of building.

Wasn't better if stocks looks more like "electricity" than "minting"? Electricity is sold only to the market and is not tradeable. Makes more sense to me.

Its not possible and why would you need that ? Minting that its provides is minor at best.
You cant infinite spam banks because services is non-tradable resource and bank can became unprofitable.

Reduced numbers to be much less op - feel free to test.

Profits not fixed - price of services and paper needed to take into account.

With some testings just need to lower amout of stocks produced and/or services consumed - after some threshold it can be unprofitable.

Making price not fixed require someone to consume it, but I dont fell like make a clone of "fine arts" good is right move.
