Non trasnhumanist here with the same "standing" problem from what i read in the log it has to do with the "take to inventory" part of the job.

and they are transhumanist? it's probably something with the nutrient paste refusal on transhumanist ideoligions. it would need custom commissioned code to fix

I am having the same issue that some others are experiencing here, pawns are just "standing" next to the dispenser and the baby is starving.

What? Nothing to do with that, the mod only adds nutrient paste to the list of foods that babies can eat.

Why does it require homaprdite gene but you dont have it as a dependancy. Why is is required just to eat paste?

Can anyone who is having issues say what mods you were using? someone else has now uploaded a mod that is exactly the same as this one and nobody has said they are having issues with it

Shame, if the 'feed baby' job is really clashing with the 'dispense paste' job in vanilla, I'll have to get some custom code commissioned to fix it probably. Someone just released a mod that allows mass dispensation of nutrient meals, so that could work, but I understand if you don't want to micromanage it

I swear it used to work but yeah same issue. Now they won't feed it paste. It really started causing both his parents to freak out. Sprint to the dispenser. Stand for a while then leave to trade such a valuable job with the other parent while I slowly get larger debuff for sad baby.

I wouldn't be able to change that in XML, so if it's a big issue, I may have to add an extra step and make it so you can make baby food with nutrient paste meals or something. Would be a shame if it wasn't so easy as just adding it to the food list. I haven't tried any of the children content yet personally

I haven't changed anything with how the dispenser works, just added nutrient paste to the baby-ingestible list. I figured you still have to obtain the nutrient paste meal first by having someone else dispense it. Probably the work giver for dispensing paste is getting confused with the one for feeding

Could it be because the dispenser is fueled by meat and the baby won't eat meat?

I get a bug where the mother goes to feed paste to the baby but ends up just standing next to the dispenser. Her task shows as simply "standing". Even after drafting her and moving her away, once she's undrafted she'll go over to the same spot and just "standing".

all the mod does is adds nutrient paste to the baby-ingestible list and doesn't affect the dispenser at all. you will still need to obtain the nutrient paste meal first

Looks like it's bugged or conflict with another mod, colonist just standing there next to dispenser doing nothing.
