A water massive water geyser shoots out of the well site indefinitely. It did this as soon as I got in the game. Is there a fix? A bit distracting during my oil operation. Thanks!

Yeah if you leave the Gas Valve open it works fine.

@Ender & @Corporal Simmons that's very odd indeed. I tested both drilling sites with workshop version of addon and pumps seems to work as intended.

With "Enzo plains oil field" the piston may stuck if pressure is too high (over 2,5 units.) I suggest to open pressure valve and throttle before pressure gets near 1 unit.

Steamgrove & co. drilling site gas valve has to be open few seconds after pressing the pump button that remaining gas can get out. Also "infinite fuel" has to be off or gas will never drain out and blocking the oil.

Hope this help. Let me know if problem continues.

The Drilling site refuses to work. I drain the gas and it just will not pump oil.

yeah i still cant figure it out, i did it just like you said, but the piston just gets stuck on the top or bottom and its actually draining the tank i have connected

@Ender The drilling procedure is as follows: Start the furnace -> wait until the pressure gauge reads 1 unit -> open the pressure valve and the oil valve -> set the steam piston throttle to full -> insert your pumping hose and you are ready to go.

Let me know if you still have problems with pumping.

@Køna Refur Glad you like it. There is so much possibilities indeed! I'm actually making side project with an old goldmine with a shaft. Maybe I'll include it as part of this addon.

how do i start the drills near the railroad?

Dude this is just awesome, i absolutly love those aestetics and stuff, id be real happy to see more, maybe even on sawyer a drillingsite etc, or some old decorative stuff on the quarries, like those old buildings with shovels to get materials up and out of the quarry, even if its just decorative id love it!

All We need is some US military vehicles...

@Stratum it might do that. Don't spill it to the ground. I also compensate carbon footprint by keeping my diesel locomotive off when it is not in motion.

@Babouchkha 771 Currently only place to sell crude oil in whole map is that refinery on tiny island. It totally depends of your game seed where it is located but gladly mine was just near of arid island. Hoping that dev adds other places too in the future.

Thanks for your feedback! I wanted to add a bit of a challenge for the player, as the other collectable minerals are also a bit out of the common routes. I will consider the suggested changes in the next update.

very cool, only thing is that its too far from the railroad and does have a comfortable way of bringing coal there, also more of an aesthetic thing you should make the other fields less broken down

I'm glad you like it folks! Field marshal's idea is interesting. Mineral hopper can collect minerals if they fall freely into it. Maybe a simple conveyor system near the drill head would do it. Im planning to do player buildable oil drilling platform for the next patch but maybe I can try to apply that idea for other minerals as well.

Any chance this can be made into a vehicle? Had an idea of a oil tower only instead of pumpin oil it has a drill head and a hopper system at its base for the new DLC.
