Will it work if the ballast tanks have water in them but are at the surface?

i like this submarine, but it has some flaws as the submersible doesnt really dive that fast or ascend that fast. and also the missiles arent accurate by atleast 2-3 meters.

angry birds transform pacmang3 yeah the problem most likely lies within the boiler because the devs removed the pressure node and replaced it with the volume node so all logic connected is using the wrong number

the boiler barely seems to be heating up past 20c, will this be fixed in the future?

Hey hey, I'm trying out your sub a bit, and for some reason the reactor won't properly start, even when i do exactly what you said. It says the turbine isn't spinning at all, could this be the problem? And if so, is there anything i can do to fix it?

VoDKa, yeah i havent checked it out since the space dlc so the new fluid dynamics may have broken it

so the missles in it exploded and it still ran till i hit the sea floor so the best sub out there

MrCreebert, first off I just want to say thank you for making such a realistic, well preforming sub. I very much enjoy using this, and it has become my favorite sub, the second one as well. Just a little info, SSN is for nuclear powered submarines, while SSBN is for nuclear powered ballistic missile submarines, and SSGN for nuclear powered cruise missile submarines. Just to let you know. You don't have to change it, although I think it would add on the the realism of the sub.

We accidently pumped our bilge above neutral boyance and sunk to the ocean floor with no idea how to fix it lmao.

the missiles go in the wrong direction even when the sub is facing the right direction and when i fill the ballast it sinks the ship and the depth hold doesn't work

[LOS]Sild045-jan Flood control automatically enables the bilge pumps when a sensor detects water in a room. Force enable simply is a manual-enable for the bilge pumps

I see no reason for it to not open above water[+ i just tested it and it works]. Are you 100% sure the water sensor on the side of the submarine is not touching water?

It has a system that automatically closes the missile hatches underwater to prevent the missile silos from flooding

Had to fill the ballast tank more after launching all of the missiles so it would dive with the maneuvering thrusters, got below 100 meters before I noticed it was too heavy for the alt hold and could no longer ascend. anyway to change the limit for blowing the ballast?

Jihadi Jizz Stain you should not go much beyond the neutral bouyancy setting. You should only descend and ascend using the manouvering thrusters at neutral bouyancy, escpecially at low depths
