Try to step on the loading board an lift it up by holding 2 handles of the stretcher. Lowering it to the lowest setting works best.

Good news, I made some huge progress over the last days, another aircraft will be released soon and it will make a 100% use of the stretcher mk2 ;)

It can be trick, but best practice is:
- Lower the stretcher all the way down
- Push it in front of the lowered ramp
- Step on the ramp and grab both handles of the strecher and just pull it towards you onto the ramp and onto the rail

Unfortunately no recommended helicopter yet.
Be assured, I'm in the process of creating one, but that might take some time.

they were also talking about highly-requested components, so I wouldn't be surprised if they added one

Nothing special, just a custom mount for the screenshot. I want to build a helicopter in future, but that might take some time :)

I do have 2 special vehicles in the pipeline, which will be released soon.
I also do have a Mass Casualty transport already in the making but it might take some time to get it to work :)

Really love these, do you guys have plans for mass casualty response vehicles or mobile command vehicles?
