I was kind of an early adopter of the Asset Editor when Ole/H3ro first created it for WH2. You could look through the WH2 workshop to check, but I think up to that point most custom models and kitbashes were pretty simple things like moving helmets and armor plates around. I realized what it could do and went absolutely wild on how crazy of a kitbash I could build out.
The first edition of this guy was actually rigged to the greenskin rock monster. There are a couple animations I rigged and added and many I removed from the base VC Colossus. This was also my first custom animation set back in the day.
all the way down to the animations
Your efforts are much appreciated.
Hi
Any chance that you will be able to update this mod any time soon?
This is a very cool add to Nuln... I miss it in my game play.
@StarvedGarden I would not want to take on stewardship of another's mod. I've got OC my own I haven't published yet with so much needing regular patches.
@Oscar if it's even possible with this guy, it would be in main_units and land_units tables. Probably number of men and number of engines values.
@DocHolliday I would like to do a remodel with some lower resource intensive assets (and even custom assets since I just learned how to do that) and would consider a Master Engineer mount with that patch.
Since I started modding WH2, I've heard often how broken OP my stuff is, so I'm very wary about ever buffing anything. The use case for this guy should be out in front of lines but not very far, so your other ranged can shoot into enemy crowds around hia feet.
