Something is wrong with the mod since it makes that some random tears occasionaly turn homing even without Psy Fly

the actual psy doenst have sense of tier 4 for my the actual is tier 3

@bruh bama I wanted to see if I could replicate psy fly's tear spawning behavior for modding practice. Could have been any other familiar but since psy fly had an ability removed I thought I might as well. I just wanted to mod man.

@drainer kvlt after removing projectiles for a while (around 5 seconds, maybe more), psy fly will enter a "cooldown" state where it will stop removing projectiles for 1 second

does this also make him faster like he used to be? i couldve sworn they nerfed his speed as well.
