Something is wrong with the mod since it makes that some random tears occasionaly turn homing even without Psy Fly

Find a bug: Some enemy bullets occasionally turn into homing tears even thought I don't have Psy Fly

the actual psy doenst have sense of tier 4 for my the actual is tier 3
