Having played with this now, I haven't had this happen to me at all. Used Dwellers Below constantly and when the Clanrats route the rest of the army is unaffected

That's especially strange since Expendable units routing isn't supposed to affect the morale of non-Expendable units.

This seems to break with expendable units (such as skavenslaves or clanrats) and causes chain routing regardless of leadership modifiers. Tried with Skaven and my Lord and associated heroes (all 60+ base leadership) would route and immediately get a decisive defeat when a Dwellers Below Clanrat routed, making the faction's core ability downright unusable for lord and hero stacks.

I encountered an enemy army where the lord died and they didn't get the -25 just -2. It was only one army in the whole campaign and they were a settlement (Greenskins in the galbaraz region). Other than that, this mod is phenomenal and honestly will make it very difficult if not impossible to return to vanilla.

Yeah, it's still a pleasure to play. I'm using another one of your mods, Run 'Em Down. And the combo is really good and enjoyable. In terms of balance, it reminds me of my favorite Attila with its excellent morale system. Yesterday, reinforcements ran off almost without a fight with a morale debuff. It's just awesome. I hope you continue updating, with patches if needed. Thanks for such work. I think there was a lot of testing and work here.

Thank you both! I wanted/wanted to add some more things to this, but I struggled to really develop ideas that werent extraneous, I kinda want to revamp it a bit, but i think I'm satisfied with it for now

This mod is a revelation to me. I really like this system and the fact that the death of the commander now has a huge meaning, because the original morale system works very poorly.

It wouldn't be that hard to edit with rpfm though, if toy go jrno it and delete the line about army losses, it would reset the army losses penalty back to vanilla

I get what you mean, but the idea of the mod is to make it specifically so that army losses ISNT the win condition for every fight, I dislike that it's an instant win and what you pretty much always end up going for

I would use this but not with the "Army Loses" reduction.

It kind of goes against the whole point of the mod (i.e. to make ends of battles more decisive, instead of drawing it out even after a victor is clear).

Army Losses is a thing that kicks in once a certain % of your army is dead. It's why jear the end of the battle, there will suddenly be a mass break, it's from killing enough of the enemy.
I dont like that it's number based like that and prefer it being context of something you make happen

i'm not 100% sure how it works though is it just a morale debuff that scales with how many of your units routed?

I didn't like that army losses was just always the in condition, so the main thing is decreasing the affect of that amd increasing the effect of other things

pretty sure you could copypaste a bitcoin miner into any of the harmonymod games (e.g. rimworld, bannerlord) with very little tweaking required
don't think you'd notice the performance hit compare to most other mods there either lol
I've seen people literally make mods with data mining for rimworld and say 'hey this has datamining telemetry' (possibly for legal reasons?) before so you'd be in good company

Honestly if I managed to make a bitcoin miner on a steam mod, I'd just say "hey this is a bitcoin miner" because that'd be funny and impressive
