@sword game enjoyer Again, the description shows all changes made. If a change requires a specific mod its also listed. Ive never played with either this or the mods you listed so cannot help you more

@TurtleShroom I didnt say it was bad, I just dont have the time for it. You could achieve it locally by removing that patch for now.

Why is that a bad thing? If it is as extremely difficult as I think it is, then never mind. However, rewriting that part of the Mod would neither break saved games nor remove extant content, because these are all conditional Patches.

I just wish the fifth change was gone. I don't want stuff taken out, just Patched in.

@TurtleShroom They are conditional but adding options would require a rewrite of the mod

Do you think it's possible that these Patches could be made conditional (in case you don't have the required Mod) and have Options to turn them on and off? I say this because the fifth one eliminates something from the game, which I don't want. I DO want some of the tech to be lowered, because it makes a lot more sense.
