It could be really cool to use a recolour of the carmine dragon's model, as if I remember correctly the carmine dragon model on tabletop could also be turned into an imperial dragon. Plus, it has a much nicer texture than the old High Elf dragons :D

Great mod! One thing I noticed though is that Karl Franz's portrait and unit card is a bit bugged when he's on his dragon and is shown as a goblin in the card and is also missing his name. He's also shown using his game model in his portrait before a battle starts instead of his artwork. A fix would be much appreciated!

Also: I have not really found the time or energy to develop this mod any further besides small fixes between updates, especially because I haven't really been playing WH3 myself lately. I would still like to develop this mod further by adding some cool new features like the ones you all suggested in your comments or by updating the model to fit the empire aesthetic a bit more, but I probably won't have a lot of time to do so in the coming months. So leave me a message if anyone wants to make contributions or help out in any other way. I don't regularly check discord, but I sometimes look through the Modding Den server, so you can also reach out to me there (but again, I only check Discord once every two weeks or so). Cheers

Naturally because this is one of the best mods available for the Empire, the Dark Gods of CA saw this and grew jealous and envious of it's majesty - rending it asunder with their latest blighted Nurgle patch. Could we get an update on this? With 5.2 it's crashing the game to desktop. Apparently it conflicts with the ability table generation.

Love this but can you change the armor on the dragon so it would more like an empire made armor not a high elf one ???

I have checked the mod files and adjusted some minor things so it should now work in the newest version. Will probably test it soon, but if someone else can confirm if it is working that would be great too.

As for all of your suggestions: I have very little time to work on this, as I am very busy with other things in my life. This is why I can't promise that I will make any compatibility patches for this mod myself, but feel free to make and upload them yourself. If you notify me, I could add some links to them in the description of this mod. I do still want to see if I can add a feature where you can summon Deathwing/the dragon if you are not mounting them, but again I can't promise when or if I will add this. I will first have to see how long it would take me to implement it. If it is not a lot of work I might do it soon, if it's a lot of work it might take a while (if I get to it at all).

In an ideal world, any Empire mount mod would also not interfere with biubiu's "Mount Expansion" mod and the new Chinese "bodyguard" mount mod for the Empire (add the EN submod!). These 2 work together and offer a huge variety of cool mounts (but not this one, obviously).

I think what kilovanh suggested is a great idea, it wouldn't make Deathclaw irrelevant and you could continue to use Deathclaw but also summon a dragon.

If you are still keeping an eye on this, or if you are waiting until patch 5.0/Thrones, is it possible to make it like the Sisters of Twilight? Where he can summon The Imperial Dragon if Karl is on Deathclaw and vice-versa?

Can't see the dragon mount. Is this bugged or do I have to wait for an event?

Still shows in Skirmish vs AI as a selectable mount, but recent patch removed it from skill tree. PLEASE update, this is one of the most singularly best mods for the empire and you're a legend for making it.

Hello, this mod has been fun but it seems like it has nerfed Deathclaw from a Griffin to merely a Demigryph with Karl's BFF now unable to fly. It's not the worst since Deathclaw should still be able to put up one helluva fight, but If you could fix this that would be lovely.

This mod has a bug that makes Deathclaw unable to fly. However, dragons are very powerful and attractive, so it is bearable.

I made a German translation for your mod. Can you update them please?

@WolfLordPurp For me it works fine. The skill is not available at start, as it will unlock at level 21. At that point it should be allocated automatically, just like any other mount, so no extra skill points are required. It probably doesn't work because you already were past level 21.
