I assume the reason you say this is OP for Muslim MRs is because it's an easy way to spam sons, ie. send your TP limit to the moon by having loads of adult male dynasts in your court. Well, in case you haven't noticed, having lots of adult male dynasts in your court means you lose a significant fraction of your income to "family dues". IE: The game devs already thought of this (probably with seducers in mind) and attempted to balance the issue.

I'm playing your mods for ck2, this one in particular is very useful, the only bug is that when you force pregnancy with a concubine the child is only hers and not the father's.
for wives it doesn't happen, in fact if you have this mod, Muslim religion and mercantile republic you become OP

The 7 Sep 24 changes are mainly cleanup & bugfixes. You probably won't notice any difference!
