On my server at least, it was confirmed through many members after fully using a treadmill. There is no other mod installed that adds EXP other than Udderly Skillbooks.
Disabling Type 15 seems to have fixed the issue for now.

I designed this for the way my MP server runs, and I wanted it to not be too grindy - upon death you retain skills but can lose random amounts of them, including Str/Fit, so this could be a repeated minor chore but not something excessive.
It is not configurable at present as to what it grants, the options are on the screenshot - I could allow you to change the number of levels granted easily, but not change it into XP-giving. I can add an option for that in the future but it is not my priority at present.

I *can* do that, but I have a laundry list of other things to do for my server's rollout and that is not a feature I am interested in for our purposes, sorry. It's not *incompatible* with those things, though, you know, it might just feel like it doesn't fit the same paradigm (I don't like Immersive Medicine, personally).
