Its a lot easier than the other methods.
I used PBO manager to create copies of the corresponding paa files in JPG format and edited them and once I was done with that I used Arma Tool's ımage to paa converter to complete the process and paste it to directory. I can also change the color variation (in this case) camo tone and layouts using the paint.net . The problem is since there are only 4 texture files(TUAF, USAF, ROKAF, and Australian air force) I wasn't able to make more than 4 tail codes.
I wish there was a way to randomize letters for tail codes when ever you spawn them so that you don't need to edit each texture file one by one to match up with
