No, I could probably polish it up fully, but I see no point in it. I think it's fine. Some day I will release something like HD Russian Prison mod, but dunno when as I don't have mood for it. I also want to make Girls' Last Tour mod utilizing setting of pre-main story of anime/manga where you can build POW camp, industrial district or else.

There are literally shown disinfectors on screenshots, including medics which new versions are not presented but are active in-game, I can't understand what you mean

Seems like all the sprites in the people.png file don't work. Paradox recently broke all mods that modify sprites by changing the way they work.. I can help you if you want.

I still could update it sometimes but very slow and rare if there will be no a single rate/comment
