Half-Life: Alyx - Combine Architect addition [DISCONTINUED]

My note 30th of November 2024:
This mod probably seen its last update since revival; thanks to everyone who -liked/disliked/supported/criticised/enjoyed/dissapointed from the mod
I am very sorry for not providing much attention to the creation and sometimes being very lazy, extremely shy or weird. Once again I thank everyone for taking part (Especially Combine Architect creators), I always felt kind of guilt for abandoning mod and maybe being rude towards someone but now I honestly announce my point. If you want to use mod assets, feel free to do it, perhaps re-upload it if you can make it much better or remake or just bare something you wish for your own mod. I can't understand myself on why I keep up remembering it and bringing up, all I want at the moment is to put off responsibility. Dosvidaniya, udachi!


Mod is based around Valve's well known "Half-Life" Franchise, exactly in a timeline of 5 years before Half-Life 2 plot started, also known as "Transitionary period". Embrace ideology of totalitarian bio-mechanical technocratic empire as large as You can only imagine, known as "Universal Union" Aka "Combine". Build your own living city, producing needs for the benefactors or high security prison for dangerous anti-citizens.

Mod includes graphical changes, copying HL:A characters and aesthetics. Heavily inspired by Half-Life 2 - Combine Architect Reloaded mod in technical and stylistic meanings.



Modification contains almost full reskin of game characters except these who were used only in campaign, new polaroids, many reskins of furniture, walls and floors. Custom riot phase/transition music and few custom sounds for other events.

The mod is still unfinished and contains a lot of gaps or placeholders to replace or rework and poor coding base. Some sound features may not work, the mod itself prioritizes to be consired as overhaul mod, yet it does not provide much content for now due to my technical limitations, poor coding knowledge and low graphical art skills. I'd be really grateful if You keep rate up the mod and leave a comment or suggestion, also report bugs.
