Ye doesn't work in Chi You. The prompt comes after entering the tavern, but clicking yes does nothing, prompt just disappears.. Go back in tavern, same thing happens again. Meanwhile, hopped to mu xian just to make sure it works, and it worked fine.

@Maxwell can you give more info? My screenshots are from Chi You after the city moved beyond the wall so it should've worked fine.
