You can Level Up your artisan skill by attending classes in the tavern of each city!

Each city tavern provide classes matching artisan textbook grade that can be found there. Class entry cost 5x of their textbook sell price + 60 Stamina.

Area 1: +5 point, up to 50. (x300 spirit stone)
Area 2: +10 point, up to 150. (x1000 spirit stone)
Area 3: +15 point, up to 350. (x2500 spirit stone)
Area 4: +20 point, up to 620. (x6250 spirit stone)
Area 5: +30 point, up to 980. (x16250 spirit stone)

Ye doesn't work in Chi You. The prompt comes after entering the tavern, but clicking yes does nothing, prompt just disappears.. Go back in tavern, same thing happens again. Meanwhile, hopped to mu xian just to make sure it works, and it worked fine.
