I've checked it's installed and turned on, i've went on about 6 successful missions just to make sure.
Any solutions?

With that, I'm assuming anything that reworks events might in some way break my mod, since there is only one big file for events and I wasn't able to extract this one out to a smaller file. When you load the mod, it's like you're loading all the events again, it doesn't matter if only one event was changed.
I personally have all graphical mods on the bottom priority, and those with mechanics on the top, if something doesn't work, there might be two mods that modify the same file, and that's a problem. Also if you have a mod that requires a second mod, and my mod overwrites the second one, you might get a crash.

I currently have it as the highest priority mod, so not sure what's up. I have 4 dead heroes and it's week 8 now, so it isn't that. I have also tried the vanilla mod version of this, and also the manual file editing version where I myself go in and change the values of the event to be 99%. I don't have the butcher's circus either so can't be that too. Guess I'm gonna make a backup save and just continually skip weeks until I get it to happen. I'll repost this comment with an edit if I ever get it to work.
Edit: Got it. Triggered right as I hit week 15, so I guess either other events take up the slot earlier that are guaranteed, or the event itself is hardcoded to only trigger at/after week 15, which I believe is the base minimum week chance. I had mine changed to 0, and this mod supposedly has it set to 5.
