[Outdated] Revive dead heroes - 'From Beyond' every week

NOTICE: THE MOD IS OUTDATED

Seems like the mod isn't working anymore, according to a few people reporting issues with it. I don't play the game anymore, so until I get back to it, I won't have time to check the issue myself.
Frankly, I have no idea how to fix the issue anyway, because both the mod and the modding tools are so simple that I can't imagine what could have possibly gone wrong, especially with no updates to the game in between. Feel free to download and check if you want, but don't be surprised if it doesn't work.

A mod that makes the "From Beyond" event happen after every successful mission. The event lets you resurrect one of your dead heroes.

Changes to event chance:
Base chance from 3% to 99%
Cooldown from 3 weeks to 0

Changes to requirements:
Minimum week from 15 to 5
Dead heroes from 3 to 1

The chance is now 99%, just in case setting it to 100% would break something. According to that, the event should trigger every one/two weeks, but it seems some other events might take priority over it. If you didn't get it after the 2nd week, please try a few more times. Also try to avoid events that are triggered by finishing a mission.

I tested it on full version with all 4 DLCs installed (The Crimson Court, The Shieldbreaker, The Color Of Madness and The Butcher's Circus). I didn't test it with The Butcher's Circus on, but the mod is simple enough so I don't think there would be any problem. The mod should also work on versions without DLCs, but I give no guarantee.

If you want to restore your dead heroes:
1. Install and activate this mod
2. Finish missions until you trigger the revival event
3. Pick the one out of the three heroes available
4. Repeat 2 and 3 until you're satisfied
5. Disable the mod to go back to the regular events chances

This mod is most likely not compatible with any other event changing modification as it uses the main file for the events.

Known issues:
- Sometimes, the event doesn't show up until 15th week
- Sometimes, it takes a few weeks for the event to show up for the first time/again. For now there's no workaround for it

I was not able to get any info from the devs regarding how the priority of events works, so in cases of the issues above, just please give it a bunch of weeks and see if you get it later.
