Hulkling and Tigra heroes and their related cards are now in the mod!

The scenario content from the Civil War set is not in the mod yet, and I'm not quite sure when I'll be able to add it, but it will be coming before too long.

Nice thanks for the update! Came here specifically for the Civil War info (I'm more interested in the hero/aspect cards than anything else anyways), and I was wondering just the other day when some heroes would get the Groot treatment with the auto load counter trackers. Good stuff!

Big update today! I've done a lot of work on coding zones, which enable much of the automation built into the mod. Now, when you put an ally or another card that uses a counter on your playmat, the counter will be automatically placed, just like how minions and side schemes work in their zones. I also fixed the resizing loop that cards sometimes get into when they're right on the edge of a playmat. Let me know if you run across any cards that should have a counter, but don't. I just need to add a few fields to their definition in the data.

I've also fixed a ton of small (but annoying) bugs.

I'll have the Hulkling and Tigra heroes added within a day or two, but I'm not sure when I'll be able to add the rest of the Civil War campaign cards. The scenarios in that campaign are really different than anything that's come before, so coding them will be a challenge.

ashley.malinda: Yes, the Mojo scenarios are in the mod, but the genre modular sets aren't selectable, since they seemed pretty specific to those scenarios and I automatically add the randomly to those. But I am working on a new way of setting up scenarios and I will make all modular sets available when I roll that out. In the meantime, the best way to get those cards is to play the Mojo scenario and use the Wheel of Genres to add sets until the Sci-Fi set is added, then take those cards out of the deck and put them on one of the side panels so they don't get deleted when you click the "Clear" button.

Small update today. I've made the campaign logs for Mojo Mania, NeXt Evolution, Age of Apocalypse and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. interactive.

Hi, everyone. The two scenarios from the Trickster Takeover pack have been added. It took me a while, because the scripting for the Loki, God of Lies scenario was pretty involved.

I also fixed the issue that Local Hallway Ghost reported: Scarlet Witch will now have two copies of her obligation in the encounter deck.

A joy to get back into the game, as always thanks for the hard work! I found a small issue, Scarlet Witch spawns in with only one of her obligations, when she's supposed to have two copies of it :)

Suit Up button disappears after "Deck ID is not shared" (also an issue), softlocking the table. Deck ID not being shared is also an issue because it is shared and the top left corner of the table finds it but Suit Up window does not.

KA20: I'm not able to reproduce this issue. It's possible that there was some temporary issue somewhere between the server where the files live and your computer. Try again and see if the problem persists. If it does, you might try turning off Mod Caching in your settings (but you'll want to turn it back on later). If that still doesn't work, let me know if there's a particular hero or scenario that is giving you trouble and I'll look again.

Hi the game doesn't load all the images, I can't see half of the cards. Does someone knw how to fix it?

EFG: Yeah, there are several scenarios that will place a card on the table, but also have a copy of it in the deck. These scenarios haven't been fully scripted yet, and they'll be addressed in time. For now, you can just delete the extra card when it comes up.

Today's update includes a fixed Once and Future Kang scenario, as well as a fix for a bug I'd introduced in the last update where the minion zones only accepted two minions.

Massive update today!

The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. campaign and all of its scenarios have finally been added. There was some tricky scripting in this one, so please keep an eye out for bugs and let me know if you run into any problems.

There are also a few other fixes:
* Added a swap button to Loki's HP counter (reported by Blindinglight)
* Fixed Jubilee's Firecracker and Flash of Light cards (reported by waterbottlegame)
* Fixed Sabretooth's card counts (reported by LTCpanders)

Unfortunately, I discovered that the Once and Future Kang scenario is quite broken, and I'm not sure why. I'll try to get it fixed as soon as possible.

Also, the Silk and Black Panther (Shuri) card scans are available, so I'll get them added in the next day or two.

Sabretooth Scenario has the wrong cards. It has 4 copies of Unrelenting Savage but it should be 3 and it only has 1 copy of Medical Emergency but it should be 2.

The CEO of Aliens: The SHIELD scenarios are taking me longer to complete than I'd expected, but I'm trying to get them done this week. Silk and Shuri were just released, and the card scans aren't available yet. That generally takes about a week. Once they're available, I should be able to add them to the mod within a day.

Exozis, there is an HP counter in the upper-left corner of the hero's playmat, but some people have reported that the first time you load a hero, this counter isn't functional. If there is no number in the white window of the HP counter, try right-clicking the counter, and selecting "Custom". Then just click the "Import" button on the dialog box that appears. It will reload the counter, and the number should appear.

Hopefully, this won't happen after the first time that you load a particular hero. Let me know if that doesn't work.

I love this project! Sometimes I just don't want to go through the hustle to set up the game and this is an excellent alternative! Just want to report something. There are four card in the jubilee hero deck. The mental and energy resource version of "Firecracker" and "Flash of Light" are wrongly created into a double-sided cards. Probably because their card id contain "a" and "b", which is mostly used for double-sided cards. Just really enjoy Jubilee but can't really play with such error. But still a fantastic project. Keep on the good work!

Love this and amazing amount of work, getting a weird bug when playing with a buddy where the villains card spawns over the boost button and the placement for the sideschemes completely breaks, this is a fairly new bug for us. Been using this map for a while now keep up the amazing work

kedi.msi: That's not currently happening for me, but I know what you're talking about. It's a timing issue, and it might be that your computer or your internet connection is a little slower than mine. I can tweak some things to try to prevent this from happening, but you can also fix the issue by right-clicking the HP counter, and selecting "Custom". Then just click the "Import" button on the dialog box that appears. It will reload the counter, and the number should appear.

Blindinglight: Oh damn, I'd completely forgotten about those. I'll come up with a solution as soon as I can. In the meantime, you can kind of manually bypass the automation by using the "NEXT!" button to put all of the Lokis into the Victory Display (you'll need to unlock the last Loki, because the button will disappear). Then you can take all of them out of the Victory Display and shuffle them together in a set-aside deck, and manage them manually. (The Victory Display also downsizes them, so you may want to use the Gizmo tool to set the X and Z axes of their scale to 3.64.)

@swedeRacer: Thank you, but that's not what I meant. There are a lot of cards in the set, that just swap him, without putting him into the victory display, but instead shuffling him back into the random pool of Lokis.

Yeah, it works just like you said it but when a hero is opened for the first time health doesn't show up. But if you remove it and select again, health bar appears. Btw thank you so much for this mod. We are having a great time playing it. I will put a 50 hours just to beat all bosses :)

Blindinglight: I'll make Absorbing Man's modular set optional, so that you can swap it with a different one in the next update (I'm currently working on adding the Agents of SHIELD scenarios, so I'll have an update soon). In the meantime, you can add another set, and then manually remove the Hydra Patrol cards before you start playing.

Click the "NEXT!" button above the HP counter to move the current Loki card to the victory display and randomly place another version.

Hi, great mod.
I have a bug report: Absorbing Man has the recommended encounter set as required, so you can't swap it out.
Also, how do I swap the Loki villain?

kedi.msi: If you set up your hero with the "Suit Up!" buttons on the near side of the table, it will spawn a playmat and a health counter. You can left-click on the number on the health counter to add one, or right-click to subtract one. Let me know if you still need help.

Damaster00777: Currently there isn't a way to swap out heroes while a game is in progress. The main reason for this is that I need to know how many heroes there are when the game begins so that I can automate the calculation of villain hit points and such. So I lock down hero selection when the scenario is set up. But I don't want to be too restrictive; I want people to be able to play the game the way they want. So I have been thinking of ways that I can relax some of those guardrails while still supporting scenario automation. I'm not sure when I might get around to doing something like what you've suggested, but it's on my radar.

A way to re-access the hero manager or suit-up button for if you want to house rule in hero replacement on death or the like would be neat. I'm not totally sure if there's a way to do it already, but I couldn't find it.

I've just pushed an update that includes the Maria Hill and Nick Fury heroes from the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. campaign set. I'm still waiting on the scenario and campaign cards to be scanned, but once they are, I'll get them into the mod as soon as I can.

This update also includes a correction to the card count errors in the Ultron encounter deck, as identified by Sesee.

And, finally, I've also partially implemented the card naming change that Sesee recommended. All card names will now include the card type after the name itself (so, for instance, the Strength resource card's name will be "Strength - resource"). The types have underscores instead of spaces (i.e., "side_scheme"), which I will clean up with the next update. Also, they don't include the hero's name. This is a little hard to implement, since that information is not embedded in the card data, but I'll probably be able to figure out a good way to get it in there.

Let me know of any problems with the new heroes!
