they do sometimes give quests, but usually the only reward is a lot of goodwill

The only way to improve relations with a Natural Enemy is to give them Gifts. Natural Enemies can be befriended through gifting, but as far as I am aware, they will not give you Quests.

Interesting, they're set as natural enemies so you should eventually be able to improve relations, the trader defs have the usual stuff they should purchase. Anyone else seeing these issues? I guess I'll have to load it up and see if I can replicate it.

Well done. I have discovered, though, that I cna't actually trade anything, or give them anything, other than a few slaves. I can't even bribe them with Silver to become my friend!
