Hey, I have been having the effects of this mod happen during the HL2 campaign on Gmod whenever grigori appears, but I do not have this mod, nor have I ever had this mod, can anyone tell me what's going on?

there's a more in-depth version of this (structures, npcs, actuall stages of infection) but it's with mossman and locked behind a 25(?) dollar paywall that you have to send to straw. no offense, just a heads up if you want to get it
and i'm a bit sour because i have the money but my parents would probably not like the idea of sending 25 bucks to some guy on steam

grigori support is a great addon for garry's mod that improves the default behaviour of grigori
you will be heartily surprised at how effective grigori is in this grigori support addon
