You first need to connect the bucked to the underside winch under the heli with a electric cable then connect that to the bucket. Then take off and fly the ocean or any body of water. fly down and dip the bucket in the water till it sinks or count to 10 or something. then fly to the fire and press 1 (single to winch) and it will start to drop the water.

Just so everyone is clear, connect a CABLE to the UNDERSIDE winch and everything works. Not the side winch, not the winch inside that goes through the latch. The winch on the literal belly of the helo. Took me longer than I'd like to admit to figure it out, even with reading the comments lmfao

You just drop the bucket to the water, that's how you fill it, and signal to winch works as long as you connect it to the winch on the underside

I don't know if its just me, but how do I fill that water bucket? I guess Signal to Winch (1 key) is to drop the water, but I can't figure for the life of me how to use the bucket
