I cannot get the pier to work. I have followed all of the steps and there is always a space between the end of the pier and the walkway as well as when the walkway connects to the boardwalk. I have tried with and without zone adjuster. Any tips? Post a youtube video on placing the pier?

I love all these assets and I use them prodigiously. I'd like to place a vote for standalone piers. I'd love to connect them to the end of a road or parking lot road. If I get two votes, then put me down for BIG piers. If you can work miracles, I'd love to zone commercial ON the pier. Buying you a beer now (possibly a second or third round) just for putting up with me.
