Hair seeping out of the back of his mask is a big no no. It ends up looking really jarring and gross, the mask is not his skin...
Hair for the spy doesn't work unless it's facial hair.

A good idea, but it does need work. What i would suggest is either changing it for medic, or covering his whole head. Texture work however is pretty solid.

the idea is great but the hair just doesn't combine with the mask. Maybe try making a cutout for it or make it look like fake hair glued onto the head

the way the hair goes through the mask is weird. most masks would cover the hair.
