The azimuth is meant to be the input signal to the radars control azimuth, but I don't see any reason it can't be another radar. You might need to experiment which way the tilted RADARs up is, but I think it would be pointing to the right.

No, but the jitter is fairly negligible and there is already a small amount of damping on board. values are seen to deviate by only around 1/16 meter and up to 1/8 meter (1/4 block).

A small bit. It's meant for weapons where the effects of jitter is negligible, mainly ASMs.

No. The description itself says it takes in composite. It's fairly easy to take the values from old radar and adapt them to match the new radar composite signal though.
