Just wanted to point out to anyone in here that this is softly incompatible with Combat Extended. You're retexturing EMPLauncher, which Combat Extended removes. This will cause the UI to crash when you hover over the style in the ideology screen.
To alleviate that, go to:
steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2799110199\1.4\Defs\StyleCategoryDefs\StyleCategoryDefs.xml and comment out or remove lines 41-44 or change Gun_EMPLauncher to something else (I used Gun_EMPRifle from rimsenal)
Since you subscribed, just look at the mod files as this only contains XML defs, which are way simpler to edit than one may think.
This is just the jist of it as there's more to how to implement a custom ideo style but glad you took an interest
