how to see the skin

here's my issue : number one

i don't see the skin when in game is nothing there but the normal skin i don't know what to do and i downloaded the requirements and no things still is still the normal skin, how can i see the skin guys? :steamthumbsdown:

So what does this do exactly? Does it give Roland all the EGO pages? And if so, how does one go about using this. I got basemod, and I subscribed to this as well but I dont see anything special.

One problem i see is Black Silence weapon effect cover the EGO weapon. And there no sound but that maybe from other mod.
Man i want this as a normal reception.
