how to see the skin

here's my issue : number one

i don't see the skin when in game is nothing there but the normal skin i don't know what to do and i downloaded the requirements and no things still is still the normal skin, how can i see the skin guys?

This is just a skin, used to match Roland's Page Of Black Silence

So what does this do exactly? Does it give Roland all the EGO pages? And if so, how does one go about using this. I got basemod, and I subscribed to this as well but I dont see anything special.

One problem i see is Black Silence weapon effect cover the EGO weapon. And there no sound but that maybe from other mod.
Man i want this as a normal reception.
