Well each "country" (state) has its own weight limit. My mod just changes it so they all have the same ridiculously high limit, so you can actually use the trailers. But I have to do it for each state individually, and files for some states don't exist yet in the game because SCS hasn't created them yet. So all I can do is try to update it as new states are added.

ok i found the problem since u updated the mod it worked for 1.56 in the beginning recently i think when scs did their cargo rework somewhere further in 1.56 it kinda messed up the same previous loads so tht came with before then so i probably i think its the actual cargo themselves i believe

That might be because my mod overwrites the "country" data (state data, but it's called country in the files cause that's how they did it for ETS I guess). I don't know why that would make iowa disappear though, it should just make iowa not work with the weight limits...

so when i have this and the add-on edition the Iowa state name is gone completely but when i take it out of the game the state name is back and i really like the mod but cant use it till its fixed so ya no rush into fixing it just wanted to point it out

Should be fixed now. Made a typo when entering the weight limit for it.

the triple 32ft gas trailer doesnt get loaded with the right amount of cargo. it cant carry more than 5000lbs.

It only works for owned trailers. If you go into the configurator (either in the trailer store or configuring a trailer you already own) the options should be there, assuming you downloaded and activated the mod.

Everything seems fine with my mod. Only thing I can think of is you're hauling something that hits the cargo volume limit before the cargo weight limit (like cardboard or something).

Thanks a lot. BTW, could you please take a look at your Box/Insulated/Reefer B-Double (7 axle)? The maximum load listed in Cargo Market is almost 105k pounds. But when I get to the scales, cross weight is just about 110k pounds. The truck (VNL 860) itself is 20k pounds! It does feel much lighter than the listed 105k pounds when driving.

I can take a look, but it depends on what stock trailers are available. I don't know how to make my own trailer models, I just extended the stock ones.

By 8-axle B-doubles, I mean one 4 axle (28-30ft?) lead (front) and one 4 axle 53ft pup (rear). I believe this is the maximum safest option since I can back it into most depots for loading and unloading, and of course without worrying about clipping. The 53ft + 53ft big B mod is great for super heavy hauling but limited in terms of depots. :)

could you please add the gas tank to your collection. Its cargos are the most profitable in the game. The default B can only carry about 50k lbs. of liquid gas. I would greatly appreciate if you can make 8-axle B-doubles with 53ft pup for all of the above trailer types plus the gas tank, except the low boy of course. If possible, please add the steerable rear axle option to the fuel tank's 53ft pup. Thanks! :)

Any chance you'll update this for the weights to work properly with the nebraska DLC? Still works in all the other states, but then when I go to nebraska my road train is loaded down with steel that weighs.....only 13,000 pounds, lol.

I haven't done much work on this mod in a while, been too busy. Also, I'm not able to modify the actual trailer models, I don't know how to do that. So unless there's already a 28 foot trailer with a tag axle in the game that's definitely not happening.

bonjour, just adding 1 air lift axle on each already exixting scs b-train trailer, i mean 2 x 28 foot trailers with 1 tag axle each to make a 7 axles flatbead b-train would be great . nice mod !!!! merci.

Should be available in all states again. Still haven't had the time to add any new trailers to it though. Also, no, I cannot make these appear in traffic (I'm sure there's probably a way to do it but I have no idea what that way is, also would probably cause traffic jams cause the AI trucks don't seem to pay any attention to the length of their trailers when turning).

could you make thease appear in traffic aswell when you do your'e updates

I am working on this BTW. Had a rough couple of months, but I am back. Currently trying to get everything organized into an excel spreadsheet so I can stop doing all the calculations for weight/length/etc. manually for each trailer.

The lowboy should with all the other lowboy double configurations. It's name is "Articulated, 6 Axles Special" but it uses the 2+3 lowboy icon (because I don't know how to make custom icons).

They won't show up for quick jobs or freight market, you have to buy them. From the trailer purchase screen you should be able to configure the trailer to one of the longer combinations and then buy it.

i dont see the mods anywhere

Once again, I do not know how to make new trailer models. All I did was I reused the models that were already in the game in new configurations. If you'd like a new configuration that uses existing trailer models I can do that, otherwise you'll have to look at other trailer mods.

B-Double (8 axle) one 4-axle B and one 4-axle 32ft
B-Double (8 Axle) one 5-axle B and one 3-axle 32ft
with the 5-axle B there is a single 9 foot spread followed by the other four axles and there two lift axles on them. On the 4-axle 32ft there is a 9 foot spread followed by the 3 axles with just the spread as a lift axle and generally only used for Dry Bulk, Fuel Tank, Dumper, Grain Hopper, Flatbed/Tarp and Container with gross weight of truck and combination loaded around 160,000-162,000 lbs

Check out the ludicrous trailer mod, it has turnpike triples and quads. I can't make any configurations other than the 45ft though as that is the only trailer with a hook on the end for attaching the dolly. I'd need to make new models to add the hook to any other trailer lengths and I don't know how to do that, I'm just reusing the models that are already in the game.

I've been planning an update to my othet mod which has even longer trailers, but I haven't finished it yet. I have a lot going on right now.

The only other way to get more axles would be to make custom models, and I don't know how to do that. I just reuse the stock models in longer configurations.

yes i see that any chance for more axles as the most i can see are 9 with a triple setup
