perhaps you could make the regeneration/ressistances optional. there are loads of nurgle mods that provide the buffs you want for nurgle and almost everyone has regeneration. this mod, focusing on plagues is rather rare but stacking it with other mods is unfortunately hard as the stacked regen makes everyone immortal.
