Nurgle Custom Abilities and skills

Hello Everyone * New update 18/04/2022 *


This Mod add new skills for Nurgle Faction and adjust some variables the main focus is the Poison Plague Rebirth theme of Nurgle in order :

- Ku'Gath :
- 4 Custom Spells centered around Damage Over time (plague themed spell) Low Damage Very long duration
- Edited skill to increase plague infectivity for armies from 50% to 100%
- Added new skill to increase Infectivity and Duration of plagues FROM settlements +100% both (to avoid lategame spam of plagues everywhere) affect only owned settlement sorry you can't infect the world ... yet...
- 2 Passive added scaling on number of kills (to keep nurgle theme going)

All Lords base and exalted version :
- added Minor AoE regeneration centered on Lord scales on number of kills

Commandments :
- Increased plague pasture commandment + 100% Infectivity + 150% Duration (affect only armies like vanilla)


These changes serve to give Nurgle Faction a better focus on plagues in general.
