do all these amalgamation mods work?

I got a nightblade / X / biotic, but it won't let me 2nd biotics. I have the biotics in inventory...i don't recall problem last game, do I need to "research" it first to appear on list?

Sorry, should had done that. the class displays as "?INT?amalgamation.Nightblade.SpecName?"
