apparently the old version snugged in

removed the chance to get the same perk twice

new spec icon
completly reworked perktree (half of the perks actually fixed)
new exclusions

If you do not want to reroll your character in an ongoing campaign you can alternativly use the old exlusions

Changed the Localization File
