This mod only declares peace once and if you leave it on and they declare war on you the peace will flip fourth and back. You have to improve your relations to make them not declare war on you, by for instance giving them gifts.

I leave the mod on and they declare war every so often for a turn, should I always turn it off after activating it? Or is this an issue with the mod?
