Declare peace with Carthage

People keep asking how to make peace with carthage. This script will do it for you.

Instructions:
1. Subscribe to this mod and run it at the top of your load order for one turn
2. Disable the mod again (but you can also leave it running for a few turns)
3. Thank me for providing this to you for free
4. Profit

When you are ready to let them declare war with you again, run the companion mod Declare peace with Carthage over. Or just keep it blocked, then they won't be able to declare war on you for the rest of the campaign, so you will have to declare war on them.

It's a cheat and I don't recommend using it. But there you have it.

You can also easily adapt this to declare peace with any other faction if you open this in pack file manager and find the place where it says rom_carthage in the end.
