There's more effort put into it then just textures slapped on top. But yes some of the parts are from the HL:A zombie.

The pants are, the head started from the HL:A zombie, and the jacket is a retextured HL:A citizen jacket.

i think this is just corpse01.mdl textures put on a half life aylx zombie, i could be wrong, but the clothes, and body look very similar to one of the zombies from hl:a
