Hey the tow truck is not letting us modify it in our server, doesnt even give the option how can we fix this

Do these vehicles offer any real advantages when towing vehicles, or is it the same as vanilla vehicles with a nice skin?

Works well for towing wrecks out of the road so I can get to them later. Thanks for increasing the HP over the original so it can tow again.

@Thundercraft: Yes, this will work alongside the "Better Towing Mod" if you really want.

@Sursion: This is exactly how it is intended. Please install the original mod if you want to have this functions.

This mod doesn't work anymore with new towing system (long rope). The Rhino tows vehicles just like any other vehicle and sucks :(

Does this mean we could still use this alongside the "Better Towing Mod", without error, if we really wanted to for some reason?

Even though the original works now it does not work properly, because the towing mechanics has been changed and the towed vehicle is so far away now the rope on original now just looks like a long stick coming out the back. Because of that the hook has no animation now. I tested both and original towed in 2nd gear and felt like it was struggling same as all the base game vehicles. Not this version, this was towing everything in 4th gear with no struggle and felt like a true tow truck. I am going to use this version.

@Enobdercas Yup, original Harry's Tow Truck works again in SP and MP because Better Towing was the root of the issues with it

@SelDog: this car does tow, but only with the vanilla game functions, not with the towing mod.

The original base mod works again because Better Towing updated on June 1st and fixed the many issues in MP and SP

so this car does not tow right?

lol I just put that because I didn't see it yet. The only thing I could see to improve this mod is maybe a tool box in the back or making the the cable appear to be attach to the other vehicle which I'm sure you're probably already working on.

If a mod changes the towing, theres any file or command that I need to look for?

@R4ZH0R - this mod ONLY adds the car to the game. It does not change anything with towing or anything else connected to this. I remove ALL parts of the orignal mod from it. So I'm sure your problem is connected to something else. Did you remove the better towing mod? Did you use it before? If so that could be the cause. I would not recommend using it, at all.

Does someone know why the server gets the towing bugged after a while?
Just started a new server, tested a few cars and trailers all good. Now, the towing does not work anymore, with all vehicles.

Once I press the + to tow, the animation just load very fast and nothing happens, cant tow vehicles anymore.

Can you add Decals on it? Harrys Towing and add some AMS Oil, Castrol Stickers, maybe add GoodYEAR white threadmarks on tires. Right now it so bland. Thanks

Radialista do Inferno - As for better towing I don't know, but you can let Better Towing turned on - it's not connected to this mod anymore. For the tow truck nothing should happen in this case.

Can I safely disable both towing mods on my save and enable this one? I didn't encounter any towing vehicles yet.
