not sure if something has changed since this was uploaded but try changing the trim with Left ALT.

Just tested it, it starts up and works fine for me.
I'd need more detail to see what's going on for you, are you using some sort of mod or addon that could change anything?

yeah idk why, ive got physics on high, fuel is fine, it just sits on the ground and spins

What about physics? I tried flying another helicopter on low, nothing happened, but on high, it flew fine

I believe the pylon should be hooked up to one of the buttons in the cockpit, you'd have to either somehow carry/load it onto the hardpoint or use the selection tool and paste it below the hardpoint.

Should probably just be able to put them on there yourself for the mission, originally I had a USCG variant planned in which it would have harnesses, never really went through with making one though.
