RPFM is the program for modify the game files(.pack). Put RPFM in google and voilá

The Elephant bug is very easy to fix: open RPFM, select Rome 2 and open content and then bigger size mod. Inside open DB, Main_Units_Tables and then 1pb_main_units. Inside that change all Elephant units to 40 men in the Num Men Row.

I test naval battles in custom and works fine but elephants which have 80 units are bugged, when enter in battle they drop to 28 units. Elephants with 40 units works fine.

Idk when it will be updated, I´ve released a big update recently for the Open Beta but the startpos will take some time, because before increasing the size there other changes has to be done before.

Yes, but the starting units size is not changed, that would require to modify the startpos file and that is too much work, so maybe for a later update.

@ Overyourhead: Since the initial release I´ve been improving the textures with each update, so at this point I think it´s not necessary to use the HD mods. Also I´m going to release soon some reshade presets that improve the textures details.

Great mod but it seems like it only partially works for the Rise of Macedon campaign. I'm assuming because it only affects grand campaign units and thus will only effect units that overlap both the grand campaign an Rise of Macedon. Not a huge deal but something I noticed.

@ Overyourhead: No, because I don´t have permission to publish that mods in the workshop.

@ LAYUM: The mod is working fine. Try a clean mods installation following the steps in the next link, because most likely is that you have some kind of content conflict:

Great mod but unfortunately elephant units seem to be broken and spawn in at 1/3 of their strength. Tested custom battle and Syrian elephants only have 28/80 units at the start of the battle.
