Trying to download the files needed for the Para Bellum effects mod but I can't seem to access the site containing the files. "Connection timed out"

hey I really love the para bellum mod on rome 2. Any chance you could prep the mod to be compatible with the lord of the rings total war being made on attila? Having realistic features tied into the lotr campaign would be amazing.
