If you didn't skip the intro to get your package of pre-spawned ores into your inventory, then you'll need to go through GIC's early-game story to repair your ship (or just spawn items).
Use the scan tool on the colored alcohol bottles inside the store. The note will state the order of the colors and the numbers will be displayed on the bottles as "alcohol content".
On gic's starter planet, in the ruins that you spawn in, there's three workbenches, Production, Ammo, Medical, these let you craft objects for cold storage and regular storage, lights, grappling hooks, stuff for farming, bullets & mags for bullets and some weapons, etc.
If you want more gic weapons and armor you need to loot them or buy them from a planet shop.
probably random request thingy, not just to dev.
but hollowed knight everywhere mod when
GIC by default is an overhaul. You will need asset reverters to re-enable some "vanilla functions".
Thanks

God Help You, You Poor Soul.
You'd need the RPG mod I'd saved before it got Gutted for it to be Possible enough without MASSIVE Practice and Learning, even then, Starbound BS will happen.
I'm Sorry for the loss of your Characters, but this is how it is.
Please provide a log file and ensure you are not running multiple versions of GIC nor have the standalone EWS, as this is already packaged into the mod by default.
It's the only thing that seems to work. Forgot to update the incompatibilities as expectedcanine a while ago tested a bunch of combinations and it seems like it just doesn't work normally.
Going left is a valid route. That's your ticket off the world.
Guns that have magazines require the ammo to be loaded into magazines first. An AK74 as example will require AK 5.45x39mm magazines, whereas a tube-fed shotgun will accept individual shells.
You can buy fuel rods at the bazaar, the girl with the blue uniform and green hat sells them, she's on the left side of spawn, above the mech station.
