TrueSpace Reprioritizer -9000

Changes TrueSpace's priority setting to -9000, so that it should load before the vast majority of mods that are likewise designed to load before those mods with no set priority (which will default to having a priority of 0). IMO, -9000 priority is close to being an ideal priority for total-conversion mods like Frackin' Universe, along with fundamental-revamping mods like RealSpace, TrueSpace, or Barren Universe, whilst still being comfortably below the priorities of such bug-fixing mods as my NPC Fixes mod (which has a priority of -9998), along with general framework-expanding mods like my Missing Biome Layer Fixer mod (which have priorities in-between -9900 and -9990).

For best results (to ensure that it loads before not just Steam mods, but non-Steam mods as well), move this mod from its location on the Steam Workshop (...Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\211820) to your Starbound installation's mods folder (...Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\mods).
