I don't know what problem you're running into. Push the start button and the engine's ready, can't make it any easier than this.

Put it in the same position as its being put when unloaded. Go to the head part of the stretcher and pull it upon the rail. Go to the read part and push it in until it connects, then press the load button.

Never had any major drifting issues... It drives fairly realistic, of course if you turn 90° at 100kmh, that's a no no :)
The steering controller does wonders, you should see it without it.

There actually is a heater, but you can only control it from the rear compartment (Front right corner, engine has to be turned on).
I admit it should be controllable from the front, but the logic for that wasn't worth it, needed the space for other microcontrollers and design parts

You have to remove some game files, but I dont remember which, there's a steam guide on that, maybe try google for that one :)

Its quite the complicated process and hardly worth it, too much to go into detail here.
Not sure what you mean with "remove the crosshair", do you mean the default overlay stuff that gets put on top of each thumbnail (like the colored triangle in the corners?)

you need to shift until its in the drive mode, you can shift with the arrow keys up and down, in the dashboard you can see in what gear youre in

We are aware of that, but we decided to build them that way for a better look. Also, there are many ambulances that don't have synchronized front flashers in Germany and still drive around everywhere. Therefore this is not a big problem ;D

Sorry to be that guy, but this vehicle would not be allowed as an emergency vehicle under german law (stvzo), as the front flashers (in the grill) have to be all flashing at once, not staggered like they are now.

To be 100% correct it would be a "RTW" ("Rescue Vehicle").
The Krankenwagen is what most people say, however in professional terms a Krankenwagen is something else than a RTW (Less equipment, lower-trained staff)

Yeah its Krankenwagen" Kranken means sick and wagen means Vehicle or car so direct translation would be sick-car ;D
